Neealy Destination Travel LLC is a leader in Customer Satisfaction and Service.
Please read carefully our Refund Policy for Individual/ Group travel events and tours, etc.
Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 - 9 days will incur a 30% fee, you may receive full face value voucher credit to attend a future event, or you may transfer your ticket to another person for the same purchased event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the event date will not receive a refund.
If an event is cancelled by Neealy Destination LLC for any reasons, 100% percent of refund will be return to the customer.
Notice of Cancellation of an event shall be communicated via text, email or telephone.
All a credit or debit card transactions will receive a credit. All Cash App and Zelle will be credited accordingly.

Please Read Carefully our return policy for Flights and Hotel accommodations
Per Airline Policy, there are no refunds for group airfare sales. Only name changes are permissible for airline group travel sales. Airline travelers less than ten passenger who cancels will be issued flight credit or Neealy Destination Travel LLC will attempt to reschedule the flights for the passenger for equal amount of the flight credit if possible. Group travel sales must be paid in full 60 days prior to the flight. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for group travel of 10 passengers or more to reserve your seat and be able to enter into a payment plan. Prices are subject to change.
Hotel reservation can be cancelled ten days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 9 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less to the event will not receive a refund. Hotel reservations can be transferred to a friend. Prices are subject to change without notice.
